These terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement that applies to the iOS app.

Knute provides fantasy-sports information, recommendations and team-management tools. It is provided as-is and may be unavailable or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing a proposed move and for the settings and authority you give Knute.

Knute is not affiliated with or endorsed by ESPN or Disney. You are responsible for having permission to use the ESPN account and leagues you connect and for following their terms.

Create an account with your email and a password. New accounts must verify their email before connecting a team, using cloud AI or adding App Store credit. Keep your account credentials secure and do not use another person's account.

You can delete your account from Settings. Knute may suspend access needed to protect accounts, financial records, ESPN accounts or the service from abuse.

Knute asks for explicit permission before sending your content to the third-party cloud-model providers named in the app and privacy policy. You can withdraw permission under Settings, AI & Data. Withdrawal stops future third-party cloud requests; supported on-device model use can remain available.

Do not submit content you do not have the right to process. The privacy policy explains what Knute stores, which providers receive content and how to delete your account.

Knute sells fixed-capacity consumable credit packs through Apple In-App Purchase to fund third-party cloud-model usage. Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Ordinary product features remain free; proactive access has a separate optional subscription.

Before purchase, the app shows Apple's localized price separately from the exact US-dollar amount of AI provider costs the pack funds. New offers may include store fees in the purchase price. Existing purchased credits retain their promised usage value. Model-usage credit is not cash or App Store balance. Purchased credits never expire, are nontransferable, cannot be cashed out and remain in the authenticated Knute account across devices.

Apple processes payment and payment-method information. Refund requests for an App Store charge go through Apple. A refund or revocation may remove the corresponding unused value or adjust the account ledger. Do not repeat a purchase while the app says an earlier transaction is waiting to sync.

Where available, Knute Proactive provides news-driven team monitoring and injury intelligence through a monthly Apple subscription. The app shows the localized recurring price before purchase. It renews automatically until you cancel in Apple's subscription settings. Cancellation preserves access through the verified paid period; refunds or revocation may end the corresponding access.

No AI usage is included in this subscription. Background AI usage is charged separately from the subscription and deducted from your available credit balance. Subscribing does not enable a team, increase its management permissions, or replace your third-party AI consent.

You control each team's permissions and can pause new proactive reasoning or set a rolling 24-hour spending limit. Requests already in progress may finish and add charges. These controls do not cancel your Apple subscription or change your purchased credit balance.

Complimentary model-usage credit and Apple Offer Code credit have no cash value, are nontransferable and do not create an App Store balance. A promotional offer grants only the finite amount stated for it and never unlimited cloud use.

The launch-credit campaign, if active, requires no purchase, rating, review, referral, notification permission, tracking permission or social action. Eligibility and the finite number of available grants are determined by the server campaign rules.

Available credits and applicable spending controls govern new third-party model requests. A provider, Apple, ESPN, Sleeper or Knute outage can delay a feature, purchase sync, notification or team action. Account-ledger reconciliation keeps consumable credits available across your devices; consumed consumables are not promised as Apple-restorable purchases.

knute.ai is provided as-is. Joining the website email list creates no obligation either way. The address is used for messages about Knute and can be removed on request.
